Refunds follow the event’s published policy.
Before checkout, buyers should review the event and ticket terms. Completed M-Pesa payments are not automatically reversible.
Cancelled events
When an event is cancelled, PassPoa will communicate the available refund or rescheduling process.
Support requests
Contact support with the order number, event name and payment receipt so the transaction can be reviewed.
