Buyers manage orders and QR tickets from their account. The PassPoa administrator controls all events and operations.
Buying tickets
Create a customer account, choose a published event, reserve tickets, pay with M-Pesa and wait for payment confirmation.
Using a QR ticket
Open My Tickets or the confirmation email. Present the QR at the entrance; the first authorized check-in marks it as used.
Administration
The single administrator creates events, manages ticket inventory, monitors payments and validates attendees from the control centre.
